Welcome to 209 South Birkenstock Drive! From the moment we first walked into this house and saw the beautiful 2 story foyer, we knew we had found somewhere special to call home. The open floor plan from the kitchen to the den has allowed us to entertain many family and friends over the years as we've gathered to share life together.

One of our favorite features of the kitchen are the barstools added around the peninsula so that our children can help with the cooking and baking. Our kids have enjoyed playing with other neighborhood kids in the yard and helping in the garden. From hosting s'mores nights around the fire pit to playing hide and seek, this corner lot allows for a wide variety of entertainment for all ages.

At the end of the day, the spacious master bedroom has often felt like a retreat with plenty of privacy, and a large garden tub to unwind in. Each bedroom has a spacious closet with plenty of storage, which has been so helpful as our family has grown and changed over the years. In one of the master bedroom closets, there's access to additional storage, which makes it the perfect spot for hiding presents you don't want children stumbling upon!
