My husband and I cannot express how truly amazing Kristy was during the process of finding our first home. The process is so overwhelming with so many moving parts, but Kristy made it simple and easy to understand for us. We were moving from Charleston to Greenville with not much knowledge about the area. Kristy was not only incredibly informative, she made us feel excited about the process. We felt comfortable having honest conversations with her and being open with what we liked and didn't like. She quickly picked up on what we were looking for and made wonderful suggestions. It was clear she knows the market so well and advised us expertly. She was extremely accommodating with our schedule since we had to drive from Charleston on the weekends to look at houses, so she spent long days with us bouncing from house to house! She was a fantastic advocate for us and asked questions we didn't even think to ask the seller or realtor we were working with. Her communication was excellent and responses always timely. I will never use another realtor!!! Kristy was incredible! She has great communication skills, knowledge, and patience when it comes to the selling/buying process! She took the worry away from the client and worked tirelessly behind the scenes. If you need a realtor, you are crazy not to use her!
