The Monroe is a two-story, four-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bathroom home, and includes a main-floor primary suite! An eat-in space is located towards the front of the home. A roomy kitchen with ample counter space opens up to the great room.

The downstairs primary bedroom suite features a vaulted ceiling and a large walk-in closet, dual vanities, a five-foot shower, and a water closet! The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom, and all feature spacious closets. We've also added a covered porch and extra patio space out back for enjoying those sweet Carolina evenings.
