Heading to the living room and through the Pella sliding doors, you will experience the occasional benefit of having an "INNIE" balcony. If you have a guest that has a boat that may want to stop by and pick you up, they can at our guest community dock. There is not one with this condo and there can't be any overnight docking there. You can bring your up to two dogs at 25 lbs and under.
